Job Duties:
• Identifies new business opportunities and presents the development of the iute business model to potential partners
• Builds and maintains relationships with partners, businesses that sell products/services with installments.
• Responsible for developing/growing the portfolio of partners, keeping as many points as possible assets as well as the contracting of new partners.
• Conducting business reviews to ensure partners are satisfied with their products and services.
• Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key partners.
• Trains the partner’s sales staff in order to promote sales of products/services iute, and ensures that the sales process conforms to the procedures in force
• Achieving targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Business Development.
• Monitors daily sales results with partners and takes measures for non-performing partners perform, in order to fulfill the targets set by the supervisor.
• Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.
• Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.
• In cooperation with the marketing department, helps the partner with practical solutions for indoor and outdoor materials to increase selling in installments.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure partner needs are fulfilled effectively.
• Proposes and follows activities related to marketing for each dealer.
Knowledge, skills required.
• Exceptional sales skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build B2B relationship.
• Very strong communication and negotiation skills
• Market knowledge
• Previous sales experience and an organized approach to work.
• Hardworking with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience working as a business relationship manager or a track record of managing
business relationships.
• Very good English language knowledge
Education/ Experience:
• University degree on Business/Marketing/Business/ others
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales management position
• Very good English language knowledge
