Job responsibilities:

 

  • Contact potential and existing customers to promote and sell Iute Albania`s products and services via telephone.
  • Present product information clearly and persuasively, answering customer queries and addressing their concerns.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Handle customer objections and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to maximize customer sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies and industry trends.

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing or similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.

Education and experience:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not mandatory.
