Job responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote and sell Iute Albania`s products and services via telephone.
- Present product information clearly and persuasively, answering customer queries and addressing their concerns.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Handle customer objections and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to maximize customer sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
Education and experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not mandatory.
