Job Description – Senior PR Specialist 

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer  

Role Overview: 

The Senior PR Specialist will lead the development and execution of the corporate public relations strategy for Iute Albania, ensuring strong brand positioning and positive media presence. This role requires a proactive communicator with exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to manage high-impact projects that enhance the company’s reputation 

Responsibilities: 

• Strategic PR Management
  Propose, develop, and manage the implementation of the corporate PR strategy aligned with business objectives. 

• Media Relations:
  Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media representatives and influencers. Responsibly handle media inquiries. 

• Communication & Content: 

Prepare and distribute press releases, articles, interviews, and opinion pieces.  

Craft engaging content for the company’s website and social media platforms. 

• Corporate & Social Initiatives:
  Propose and coordinate projects and events to promote Iute Albania. 

Execute socially responsible projects that reflect company values. 

• Event Coordination:
  Manage PR aspects of industry events, webinars, and conferences, including media outreach and post-event coverage. 

• Crisis Communication:
  Act as a key point of contact during sensitive situations, ensuring timely and accurate communication to protect the company’s reputation. 

• Monitoring & Reporting:
  Track media coverage, analyze PR campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership. 

Education & Experience 

• University degree in Economics, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in public relations, preferably in corporate or marketing agencies. 

Skills & Competencies 

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Proactive approach to PR initiatives and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively  

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
