Përgjegjësitë kryesore:

· Menaxhon dhe mbështet rrjetin ekzistues të Cash Partnerëve në rajonin e Jugut

· Siguron asistencë të vazhdueshme për partnerët dhe ruan komunikim efektiv me ta

· Identifikon, negocion dhe implementon bashkëpunime me partnerë të rinj

· Monitoron performancën e partnerëve dhe propozon masa për përmirësim

· Raporton zhvillimet në terren dhe bashkëpunon me ekipet e tjera për qëllime të përbashkëta

Kualifikimet e kërkuara:

· Eksperiencë pune në fushën e shitjeve

· Eksperienca në sektorin bankar, mikrofinancë apo fusha të ngjashme financiare konsiderohet avantazh

· Aftësi të shkëlqyera në komunikim, negocim dhe ndërtim marrëdhëniesh afatgjata

· Vetëiniciativë, organizim i mirë dhe orientim të fortë drejt rezultateve

· Të ketë leje drejtimi (kategoria B) dhe gatishmëri për udhëtime të shpeshta në terren
