Përgjegjësitë kryesore:
• Instalimi, mirembajtja dhe riparimi I problematikave te hardware ( lap tops, PC’s, printers, routers, telephony central);
• Inventarizimi dhe mirëmbajtja e pajisjeve si laptopë, kompjuterë desktop, pajisje mobile
• Kerkesa per rgjistrimin dhe Mirembajtja e Kompjuterave ne Active Directory;
• Sigurimi qe te gjithe PC te jene up to date me te gjithe upgrades dhe security features;
• Monitorimi I problemeve te sistemit telefonik dhe eskalimi I tyre ne kompanine e mirempajtjes; Trajnim I stafit lidhur me telefonine dhe systemin call back;
• Instalim dhe mirembajtje Switch, Firewalls , VPN , Wireless ne rrjetin local
• Support per stafin e degeve dhe HO per cdo paqartesi dhe problematike ne perdorim te programeve baze.
• Pergjegjes per Sistemin e Kamerave
• Asiston ne integrimet me palet e treta dhe me vendore te tjere per te arritur ne menyren me te mire dhe te volitshme te integrimit;
• Pergjegjes per investigimin e logs, monitorimin e firewalls dhe compliance me Rregullatorin
• Certifikime te preferuara : Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Security + , NSE4
