Job responsibilities:
– Contact potential and existing customers to promote and sell Iute Albania`s products and services via telephone.
– Present product information clearly and persuasively, answering customer queries and addressing their concerns.
– Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management team.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
– Handle customer objections and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Follow up on leads and referrals to maximize customer sales opportunities.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
– Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies and industry trends.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing or similar sales role.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude.
– Good organizational and time management skills.
Education and experience:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
– Previous experience in the financial services industry is desirable but not mandatory.
