These rewards include gift cards for purchases at Supermart.

Anyone can join the iutePlus loyalty program! Simply download the Myiute App and sign up to become a member. To start earning points, you need to complete transactions that award points. All Iute customers will automatically be part of the loyalty program starting March 6, 2025 and can also view and use the points they’ve already earned exclusively through the Myiute App. For more details visit the Myiute App and read program Terms and Conditions.
You can earn points by:
- Paying your loan installments on time
- Getting loan insurance
- Withdrawing Cash from iute ATMs
- Participating in special campaigns
- Activating the Myiute digital wallet
- Making instant payments at iute partners
- Sending money in real time
- Paying your Digicom internet bill
- Depositing Cash at iute ATMs

Special campaigns and conditions for joining them will be announced via the MyIute App, email, SMS, phone, and the Iute website. To ensure you receive these updates, please make sure your marketing consent is enabled, push notifications are activated, and your contact information is up to date.
No, only loans and eligible transactions made after the program launch date will qualify for earning points. However, if you have an existing loan, you can easily refinance it with a new loan and to earn points for the on time repayments. You can also increase your loan amount while refinancing and earn points on the additional amount as well.
Loyalty points can be redeemed for SuperMart Gift Cards, which can be used for digital purchases. New partners will be added soon, allowing you to redeem points in different stores. Points can only be redeemed via the Myiute App.

Yes, the validity period for earned rewards are 18 months from the moment when they were earned.
Points from loan taking are earned if repayments are made on time. In addition, no points are given to discounted loans or loans that are withdrawn without being paid out.
If the loan is refinanced, your remaining balance is transferred to the refinancing loan and you will still keep earning points for the refinanced amount as well as the additional amount.
Early closed loans don’t receive rewards for the early repaid installments.
Currently, SuperMart Gift Cards are the only redemption option, but additional shopping partners will be joining soon.
Dealer loans are not being awarded with points.
