Welcome to iute’s Loyalty Program!

We’re delighted to introduce our Loyalty Program, designed to reward you, our valued customer, for your continued trust and partnership.

This Program is a joint initiative of independent legal entities operating under the same trademark “iute”, including IuteCredit Bulgaria EOOD, UIC 205559807. Each entity offers products and services in accordance with its respective license or registration.- The Program’s benefits and terms may vary depending on the country or region.

Below, you’ll find comprehensive details outlining how our Program works, ensuring you can fully enjoy the benefits we’ve designed for you.

Definitions

• “Customer” means a natural person who has entered into a valid loan agreement with Iute and participates in the iutePlus Loyalty Program.
• “Plus Points” means non-transferable discount points awarded to Customers for qualifying activities, which can be used solely to receive a discount on the price of products or services purchased from participating Partners under these Terms.
• “Partner” means a merchant or service provider that has entered into a cooperation agreement with Iute to participate in the iutePlus Loyalty Program.
• “Program” or “iutePlus Loyalty Program” means this customer rewards system operated by Iute.

Eligibility:

• Participation in the Program is automatic and free of charge for eligible iute customers who perform activities that qualify for Plus Points. Customers do not need to sign a separate agreement to participate in the Program.

Earning Plus Points

You can earn Plus Points through the following qualifying activities:

Loans:

• Earn Plus Points for obtaining and repaying loans on time, and for purchasing eligible products and services with these loans.
• The specific number of Plus Points depends on factors such as the amount of the loan, the repayment period and the number of repayment installments made.
• Some loans may qualify for rewards, while others may not.
• Loans repaid in full before their scheduled maturity date do not earn Plus Points for installments that were not yet due at the time of repayment.

Temporary Campaigns:

• Iute may occasionally offer extra rewards or bonuses for specific products or services.
• Details and conditions of temporary campaigns will be communicated through official Iute channels.
• Campaign-specific terms may supplement or override these general Terms where explicitly stated.

Important Notes:

• Plus Points are credited to your account after successful completion of a qualifying activity.
• Plus Points are non-convertible, non-transferable, and cannot be used directly as monetary value.
• Plus Points do not represent stored or electronic money and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Plus Points Expiry:

• Plus Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned and reflected in your profile in Myiute.
• Expired Plus Points are automatically deleted and cannot be used. Iute is under no obligation to compensate for  expired Plus Points.
• Iute may modify the expiry rules with prior notice to customers.

• If a Customer has overdue loan repayments, no Plus Points will be earned for those overdue installments. Once timely repayments resume, Plus Points earning resumes for future installments.

• If a loan agreement is terminated, Plus Points will no longer be earned but previously accrued Plus Points remain available until expiry.

Using Plus Points:

• Plus Points may be used to receive a discount on the purchase price of products or services offered by Iute-approved Partners participating in the Program.
• Each Plus Point corresponds to a discount value equivalent to BGN 0,0195583 which equals 1 euro cent. This value is used solely to calculate the discount amount and does not represent monetary or stored value.

• The Partner sells the product or service at its full retail price, and Iute funds the discount amount corresponding to the Customer´s Plus Points by covering the portion of the price directly with the Partner.
• When Plus Points are used, the amount of the loan provided will reflect the reduced purchase price after applying the discount.
• Plus Points may only reduce, but not fully cover, the price of the product or service.
• Plus Points cannot be redeemed for cash or e-money, or any other consideration, and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
• Iute may change the value or usage options of Plus Points from time to time. Customers will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

How to Track Your Progress:

• Check your Plus Points balance and available benefits in the ‘iutePlus Loyalty Program’ section of the Myiute app.
• Receive personalized notifications for use on special offers and promotions.

Program Changes and Termination:

• Iute reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
• Customers will be informed in advance of any significant changes.
• Changes will not retroactively affect Plus Points already earned, except to correct errors or where required by law.
• If the Program is discontinued, customers will have a period of 90 days to use any points already collected before the termination becomes effective.

• Iute reserves the right to exclude certain activities from earning Plus Points upon prior notice.
• Iute has sole authority to evaluate any claims or appeals related to Plus Points balances and may revoke any points assigned in error.

Exclusion from liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Iute shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the use or inability to use the iutePlus Loyalty Program, including but not limited to technical issues, system interruptions, or errors in the calculation or display of Plus Points, unless caused by Iute’s gross negligence or willful misconduct.
• Iute is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the Myiute app or circumstances beyond its control that prevent the accrual or usage of Plus Points.

Privacy and Data Protection:

• Participation in the Program requires the processing of certain personal data.
• Iute shall process such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

No Legal Entitlement:

• Participation in the Program and the earning of Plus Points do not create any legal entitlement to receive a specific discount or benefit.
• Iute reserves the right to amend or terminate the Program or any part thereof at its discretion and in accordance with these Terms

Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
