TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MTPL CASHBACK OFFER (AL)
These Terms and Conditions govern the cashback offer for Motor Third-Party Liability (MTPL) insurance policies offered through the Myiute application. By participating in this offer, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1. This offer applies only if the vehicle is registered in your name.
1.2. You must be a verified Myiute user with an active IutePay payment account.
1.3. The offer applies only to vehicles that meet the eligibility criteria for obtaining an MTPL insurance policy in accordance with Albanian legislation.
1.4. The offer is valid only during the official campaign period communicated by Iute.
2. CASHBACK FOR SUCCESSFUL ACTIVATION OF AN MTPL INSURANCE POLICY
2.1. Customers who successfully purchase an MTPL insurance policy and meet all the insurer’s eligibility criteria will receive ALL 2,000 cashback.
2.2. The ALL 2,000 cashback will be awarded only after the MTPL insurance policy has been activated and confirmed.
2.3. If a customer checks two vehicles and activates one or both MTPL insurance policies:
The customer will receive ALL 2,000 cashback for each successfully activated MTPL insurance policy (up to two MTPL insurance policies, provided that both checked vehicles result in successful policy activation).
3. CASHBACK PAYMENT
3.1. All cashback amounts will be credited directly to the customer’s IutePay payment account.
3.2. Cashback will be credited to the customer’s payment account within five (5) business days from the moment the qualifying action becomes valid:
Activation of the MTPL insurance policy has been confirmed.
4. RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
4.1. Cashback applies only to MTPL insurance policy services accessible through the Myiute application.
4.2. Vehicles that are not registered in the customer’s name are not eligible for the offer.
4.3. Customers who violate the Myiute or IutePay Terms of Use, attempt to commit fraud, or misuse the offer may be excluded.
5. CHANGES AND TERMINATION OF THE OFFER
5.1. Iute reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the cashback offer at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be published on Iute’s official website.
