iute in the 86th National Athletics Championship

Insights

On June 13-14, at the Elbasan Arena, the 86th edition of the National Athletics Championship for adults took place, and iute was once again there to give its support. In this event, all the country’s teams participated and the best athletes competed, including the undisputed champion, Luiza Gega.

Gega once again managed to be declared the best athlete of the event by collecting 1114 points, once again dominating the athletics scene in Albania. For the men’s category, athlete Franko Burraj was declared the best athlete with 1085 points. The most successful teams were once again KS Tirana for women with 183.5 points and Vllaznia Shkodër for men with 197 points.

This championship was a very successful edition for Albanian athletics, as some excellent results were achieved. Thanks to some outstanding work by the age groups, two national records for youth were broken. Also, the best athletes challenged themselves by achieving another fantastic result: a total of 22 broken personal records.

iute was there again, to donate unconditionally, its support for athletics and super champion Luiza Gega, which is also the ideal image of our brand: the best, the fastest; just like the personal loan in iute.
