iute Albania towards the digital future: maximizing productivity with Microsoft Copilot

Insights

In the era of Artificial Intelligence, companies that embrace new technologies are the ones that manage to lead the market and create new standards for the future. iute Albania, part of the digital banking group iute Group, has once again proven its clear vision to be a pioneer in digital transformation, by investing in an intensive 3-day training on the use of the AI Microsoft Copilot platform for some of the company’s managers.

The training focused on practical ways in which Artificial Intelligence can improve productivity, efficiency and quality of daily work. This program was carried out in collaboration with Alb Academy, a partner dedicated to business development through modern technologies and innovation. This collaboration marks another important step towards the modernization of the financial sector and strengthening the digital culture within the company.

The training program was developed with the “Learn by Doing” methodology, emphasizing practice and real-world application of AI in daily work processes. During the first day, participants were introduced to configuring Copilot as a strategic assistant, automating reports and transforming them into professional presentations. On the second day, the focus shifted to intelligent data analysis in Excel without the use of complex formulas, creating graphs with the help of AI, as well as increasing efficiency in Teams and Outlook through automatic summary of meetings and drafting professional emails. The training concluded with simulations and solutions to real scenarios from the daily life of managers, using “Advanced Prompting” techniques, i.e. advanced formulation of instructions for AI platforms. Through this process, managers learned how to communicate more clearly and strategically with Artificial Intelligence, to obtain more accurate, more creative and more effective results.

Beyond the technical aspect, this training represents a concrete step towards a more modern and innovative work culture. The main goals of this investment are related to accelerating decision-making, saving time on routine tasks such as reporting or daily communication, as well as standardizing processes and communication at a more professional and consistent level.

In a reality where technology is evolving at a rapid pace, the ability to adapt and constantly learn becomes an important competitive advantage. For this reason, investing in staff development and integrating intelligent solutions remains a priority for us. At iute Albania, Artificial Intelligence is seen not only as a tool to increase efficiency, but as a strategic partner that empowers decision-making, innovation and leadership. The integration of Microsoft Copilot is a clear testament to the company’s ambition to always be one step ahead, using the most advanced technologies in order to grow, develop and continuously improve the work experience.
