This campaign enables

(i) the selected existing customers (“Referers”) to (“Lender”) and (ii) the referrer’s friends who sign their first loan agreement based on referring as a new customer (“Referred”) with the Lender.

to obtain a reference reward (“Reward”) under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

This campaign is valid from 01 January 2025 to 31 March 2025.

01. Qualified participants for the reward

1.1. Referrers with a unique reference link that is available by the Lender; and

1.2. Referrals applying for loans using the referrer link sent by the referrer to online channels and sign their first loan agreement with the Lender.

02. Reward gain

In order to qualify for the reward, all of the following conditions must be met:

2.1. The referrer receives a message with a personalized link from the Lender;

2.2. The referrer shares the referring link with his friends who have not previously had a loan agreement with the Lender and are interested in applying for a loan;

2.3. The person referred to applies for a loan via the reference link (exclusively);

2.4. The loan agreement with the person referred to is finalized before the end of the campaign period;

2.5. The loan agreement finalized by the referenced person is not withdrawn or cancelled for any reason by the referenced person or lender within 14 days after the signing of the agreement

03. Distribution and use of rewards

3.1. Each qualified referrer will receive a cashback to Myiute Digital Wallet worth 4,000 ALL for each person referred to.

Other provisions

• Fraud and Abuse: If there are allegations of significant fraud or abuse of this campaign, the Lender has the right to take any appropriate action and may cancel the refund at any time.
• Modification or cancellation: The creditor may modify, cancel or terminate the campaign at his or her discretion without prior notice or explanation.
• Liability: The lender shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss of products or services that the referrer and the person referred to will purchase with the coupon.
• Language used: These terms are published in Albanian. The translations offered are for convenience only. The albanian version prevails and will be used in the legal context.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These conditions are governed by local law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court of the Republic of Albania.
