Terms & Conditions: Refer a friend and earn Plus Points

Campaign Overview

This campaign allows:
• (i) an existing Iute customer (the Referrer) to recommend Iute’s products and services to a friend (the Referred Customer), and
• (ii) the Referred Customer to become a new user of the digital wallet via the MyIute app.
Once these conditions are met, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer are eligible to receive reward points, as outlined below.
Note: Reward points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money.

Campaign Duration

The campaign runs from October 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
Iute reserves the right to modify or end the campaign prospectively. Any points earned prior to such modification will remain valid until their stated expiry.

Eligibility

• Participants must be 18+, residents of Albania, and only one account per person is allowed.
  • The Referrer must share a unique referral code with their friend via a link or QR code.
  • The friend must use the referral link to register in the MyIute app or enter the referral code in the “Referral Code” field during registration.
  • The Referred Customer must activate the digital wallet within the campaign period specified in Section 2.
  • Wallet activations triggered automatically by loan disbursement, but not by actively clicking the referral link and activating the wallet priory, do not qualify for reward points.

  There is no limit to the number of friends a customer can refer during the campaign.

  Earning and Using Reward Points

• 4.1. Each eligible Referrer earns 1,000 reward points for every friend who meets the conditions in Section 3.
  • 4.2. The Referred Customer also receives 1,000 Plus points.
  • 4.3. Points are credited one day after the digital wallet is activated.
  • 4.4. Points can be used for purchases at Supermart.al.
  •4.5. Reward points expire 12 months after being credited, as per the Terms of the iutePlus loyalty Program.

  Additional Provisions

• Fraud and Abuse: In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, Iute Albania reserves the right to cancel points and exclude participants from the campaign.
  • Changes and Cancellation: Iute Albania may modify, cancel, or end the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • Liability: Iute Albania is not responsible for the quality, functionality, or conditions of products purchased using reward points.
  • Personal Data: Any referral actions involve the voluntary sharing of contact data by the referrer. Processing of such data complies with Law No. 124/2024 ‘On Personal Data Protection’.
  • Right to Complaint: Complaints can be submitted via email or website. Response time is 5 working days. These terms are governed by Albanian law and the competent jurisdiction is the Courts of Tirana.
