iute supported the biggest innovation fair in Albania with fintech innovations

This week Future2Tech took place, the main innovation, technology and education fair in Albania. As a leader in fintech and part of the international Estonian iute Group, iute supported this event as a main sponsor and showcased how its services make finance more accessible, using technology to create exceptional customer experiences.

The fair was closely followed by the Executive Director of iutePay, Mrs. Fatbardha Rino, who after a long career in the traditional banking sector, has joined fintech in iute.

In her speech to the media Mrs. Rino said that this fair is a very good opportunity, not only to show the latest innovations that iutePay with its digital wallet and new solutions offers to customers, but also to synchronize the efforts between all public and private actors for to create an open and safe environment for the exchange of data between institutions to facilitate the daily life of Albanians as much as possible.

At Future2Tech, iute showcased the use of artificial intelligence in customer care service, where AI-integrated systems evaluate the quality of customer interactions after calls. This helps improve service by providing actionable insights to ensure customers receive timely and effective solutions, increasing overall customer satisfaction. In addition, the Myiute app provides a 24/7 platform for managing finances with speed, convenience and security.

iute is also committed to promoting financial literacy, especially for Gen Z. The Myiute app also educates them on smart financial management by offering flexible credit options and easy control over personal finances.
