iute Albania supports SOS Village children through financial education

News

On the occasion of June 1, International Children’s Day, iute Albania chose to celebrate this day through a symbolic gesture that combines caring for children with the promotion of financial education. The company donated the book “Magic Money”, authored by Deada Hyka, to all the children of its staff, becoming part of an initiative that aims to create financial knowledge from an early age. “Magic Money” is a book dedicated to children, which explains in a simple and understandable way the basic concepts of money, saving and its management. Through stories and attractive characters, the book helps children understand that money is not only valuable when spent, but also when managed wisely, saved and used responsibly.

The initiative was immediately welcomed by iute Albania, which decided to contribute by providing a copy of the book for each child of its employees. Beyond the symbolic gift, the initiative also carries an important social dimension: all income generated from the sale of the books will be donated to SOS Children’s Villages Albania, an organization that supports children without parental care and families in need. In this way, a gift for children simultaneously turns into a valuable contribution for children who need more support, making the June 1st holiday even more meaningful.

In a world where technology and finance are evolving at a rapid pace, financial literacy is becoming a vital skill for young generations. Basic knowledge about money, saving, planning, and making responsible financial decisions are elements that directly affect the well-being of individuals throughout their lives. Education and financial experts agree that financial concepts are easier to acquire when introduced at an early age. Through child-friendly tools, such as the book “Money Magic,” children can create a healthier relationship with money and develop skills that will help them make smarter decisions in the future.

For iute Albania, financial education remains one of the most important pillars of sustainable development of society. Building a healthy financial culture is the first step towards a modern economy and an advanced ecosystem of digital finance. For this reason, the company continues to support initiatives that promote financial literacy and empower young generations to better understand the world of finance. Through this initiative, iute Albania conveys a simple but important message: the most valuable investment is in the education of children and in creating better opportunities for their future.
