Information on the processing of personal data

As a Client of IuteCredit Albania Sh.a., understanding and accepting that my personal data is processed and protected in accordance with Law No. 9987 dated 10.03.2008, as amended, through this written declaration, with full responsibility and of my own free will, I declare that I have been informed by IuteCredit Albania Sh.a. of its legitimate right to process my personal data within the limits permitted by law, in compliance with the principles of adequacy and lawful purpose, for as long as such purpose exists.

The personal data may be processed directly by IuteCredit Albania Sh.a. or through its disclosure to contracted processors and reported in accordance with applicable legislation, and includes the following:

Non-sensitive personal data:

Identification data (first name, father’s name, surname, date of birth, place of birth) / Personal Identification Number / Residential address / Biometric data / Employment data / Income data / Audio recordings / Images captured through CCTV cameras (in premises where CCTV recording is permitted by law) / Images published on social media as part of campaigns organized within the scope of the customer experience / Telephone number / Email address.
