• Albanian citizens over the age of 18
• Individuals with personal or business income

• Financing amount up to 600,000 ALL
• Fixed interest rate for the entire period: from 0% to 52.52%
• Equal monthly installment payments
• Effective interest rate: 36.55% – 70.90%*
• Commitment fee: 2.5% – 5%
• Term: 2 to 60 months
• No co-borrower or collateral required

*For the demonstration of the effective interest rate, the calculation is based on the maximum loan amount for the maximum term, according to the NEI (Effective Interest Rate) brackets published by the Bank of Albania.
